AN IN DEPTH LOOK ON E-SCOOTERS

High-Performance Motors
E-scooters have powerful electric motors that gives its users plenty of thrill, as this intricate little machine can accelerate quickly to maximum speeds of 15.5mph (25km/h). Our electric scooters are fitted with high-performance hub motors, that secure and grip you to most surfaces (including slippery) and power the e-scooters rear wheel to push you along. Most new e-scooter users start with a 250 watt motor scooter that reaches top speeds of 15.5mph and will provide you with plenty of fun, however those looking for something more powerful to tackle obstacles such as hills should invest in a 350 watt motor e-scooter which gives you that extra push!

Responsive Braking
Your safety should always come first and having top spec brakes are important that’s why our e-scooters are fitted with highly responsive brakes that are activated by using the handlebars lever or by pushing your foot down on the rear wheel cover. Whilst most users will use the handlebar lever to brake, the footbrake is there for peace of mind so you can safely stop if the lever is not effective enough when worn. Brakes are essential for your safety, that’s why our e-scooters come with either electronic brakes or disc brakes with callipers. Our electronic brakes apply friction within the motor and add no extra weight or maintenance to the scooter, whereas our disc brakes with callipers have more precise braking and the most stopping power which is useful on long descents and remain effective for longer with their impressive durability.

Long Lasting Batteries
As well as providing high performance motors, our electric scooters also come supplied with high performance batteries so you can travel extensive distances. These batteries are manufactured from lithium-ion making them lightweight and notorious for retaining the longest power capacity compared to other battery types. Reaching impressive distances from 10.5 miles to 17.5 miles (17 to 28km), our e-scooters charge faster that most batteries – giving you a 4 to 6 hour charge time, varying on its capacity.

Easy-to-Use Controls
We don’t overcomplicate it when it comes to controlling our electric scooters. Featuring a thumb throttle which controls your acceleration and speed easily, and a desired selected mode function which allows you to set you scooter from slow, to steady, to fast! All of our e-scooters also come supplied with an LCD or LED screen housed, (positioned on the handlebars) which gives its users all of the necessary information whilst riding including speed, battery life, selected mode, and range.

Hard-Wearing Materials

Our electric scooters certainly tick all the boxes when it comes to finding the best hard-wearing materials to ensure they last as long as possible. From strong durable frames to grippy wheels and top specification control panels, we have sourced the best materials possible for our extensive range of e-scooters. Undergoing endless testing and numerous versions, our quality electric scooters are sure to be popular choice once legalised due to their incredible reliability, durability, and performance.

Strong Folding Frames
Using durable metals, our e-scooter frames are manufactured from aluminium and steel. The electric scooters with aluminium frames are lighter than the steel frames, making them easy to fold up and carry around, whereas the steel frames are stronger and can hold more weight. Our e-scooters strong frames will support a maximum user weight of either 100kg or 120kg (depending on scooter) on every ride without them breaking or becoming weak.

Tyre Types
Tyres provide safety, durability, and ride quality making them an important factor when choosing an electric scooter. E-scooters connect your scooter to the ground and our electric scooters come supplied with either air tyres, solid tyres, or honeycomb tyres! Solid tyres use a rubber or polyurethane foam filling which provides structural integrity and have no inner tube meaning they are puncture proof. Our honeycomb tyres are manufactured from the same rubber as solid tyres meaning they are puncture proof, but they have an internal honeycomb construction design which provides more cushioning and helps keep the weight down. Whereas our air tyres have inner tubes like a bike which makes them more effective at gripping the ground and offers a more comfortable ride as the tyres and tubes are flexible.
