When you place an order with us we need to ask for information such as your name, phone number, email address, payment information and delivery address. This information is needed to process your order and to notify you of acceptance of the order. We do not share this information with any 3rd parties except for delivery purposes.

Used responsibly, a loan is a great way to spread the cost of your purchase. To make it easy, we've teamed up with Deko, whose technology lets you apply for and complete a loan application quickly, easily and informatively.
Deko is a credit broker, not a lender. Deko's secure technology helps put you in touch with lenders whose finance options are best suited for you and your purchase. As a customer of Electric Life, your finance application will be with Duologi.
Simply add the items you love to your basket. Once you are at the checkout select the finance option that suits you and choose Deko. The quick application form is simple and should take no more than a couple of minutes to complete and you will receive a decision instantly.

It couldn't be easier to pay with finance, simply add the purchases* to your basket and select Deko at checkout. You'll then be taken to the application form, which takes just a few minutes to complete.

This depends on many different factors. Duologi have a dedicated credit team that uses their bespoke credit engine to help them reach decisions. Duologi will perform a search with one or more Credit Reference Agencies to conduct their creditworthiness and affordability assessment to help them make their decision. This will appear on your credit file and will be visible to other lenders if you apply for credit with them in the future.
In some cases, your application will be referred for further assessment. You may be asked to provide some more information to help Duologi make their decision. If this does happen, you will be told whether your application has been accepted as soon as the decision is made.
If your application was declined, Duologi may be unable to give you specific reasons why. Duologi uses information from your credit report, alongside your income and expenditure data to make a lending decision. Changing your payment date can only be done after the first payment has been taken. Please contact Duologi's customer service team on 0345 5211 881 (option 2) or via email at customers@duologi.com to update your direct debit or personal details.

The Deko platform will present you with pre-contractual information and a copy of your credit agreement for you to digitally sign. Please take the time to check the details in these documents are correct and that you understand the amount of frequency of your payments before you sign. Once your deposit has been paid, a copy of your e-signed credit agreement will be emailed to you.

Your payments will be taken by Direct Debit using the details you provide during your application. You can make addition payments by debit or credit card.
In order to safeguard against fraudulent applications, we regret that we are only able to deliver goods to your home address.
Once you have been approved for finance, the amount or terms of your agreement cannot be amended.
You will need to contact us (Electric Life) to amend the goods or services you ordered, and you may need to complete a new application for finance.
Please note: Duologi cannot guarantee a new credit application will be approved. All credit applications will leave a credit 'footprint' on your credit history.

If you're struggling to make your payments, please contact Duologi as soon as possible. They will work with you to come to a repayment solution that meets your needs and does not put you at risk of wider financial difficulties. You will have a 14-day cooling off period, during which you can cancel your finance agreement.
To cancel your finance agreement, you will need to contact us (Electric Life) and arrange to return your purchase or cancel the services. Once we have confirmed cancellation, we will advise Duologi to cancel your finance agreement and refund any payments that have been made.
If you have made an in-store application, we will refund any deposit payments that you made.
Please note: in some cases and depending on the nature of the product or service you have purchased, you will not be able to return your goods. Our terms and conditions will explain the types of goods that cannot be returned.

You have a 14-day cooling off period where you can withdraw from the credit agreement after signing your documents. If you choose to do this, please contact us (Electric Life) directly. We can cancel your application on your behalf and there is no need to contact Deko or your lender.
A payment plan does not affect our standard refund and returns policy. Your lender will refund your deposit and let you know if you have any balance to repay.
