e-Motiq Rear Hub - With the all-new 250-watt rear hub motor you have superb traction and control. Choose from three levels of assistance and be powerfully propelled around corners, up hills, and over distances. Rigorously tested to complete five continuous laps around the world (approx 180,000 km), this e-bike confidently goes where you go.

e-Motiq Control Unit - The controller is the brains of the e-Motiq system, seamlessly detecting rider input and managing motor power with built-in safety features. Developed in-house by Brompton’s electronics and software specialists, it gives us the flexibility to refine performance and add new functionality over time. • We designed the tech to be intuitive and the control to act as one big button, so it’s a breeze to use when riding.
• The control is powered by your e-system, not Bluetooth, so the connection is always private and secure, and there’s no need to rely on your phone being charged for it to work.

e-Motiq Start Assist - A helpful burst of power right when you need it. Start Assist powers the motor up to 6 km/h without pedalling, making hill starts and pulling away from traffic lights effortless. Once you’re pedalling, it smoothly accelerates you up to 15 km/h, taking the strain off your legs and knees so every ride feels lighter and more fun. Each boost lasts up to 20 seconds, with simple fingertip control whenever you need it. And when you’re off the bike, Start Assist also lends a hand — powering the motor up to 6 km/h when you push uphill. Guiding your Brompton feels easier, lighter, and more controlled.
