The Stirling Eco Electroride X builds upon the legendary Electroride platform with the addition of dual rear coil shocks.

The M1 delivers power equivalent to a 50cc motorbike from a 2000w magnetic steel motor, and is powered by a 60v 20ah lithium-ion battery with up to 30 miles of range. The battery can be easily removed from the base plate for charging in the house or garage with a recharge time of just 4 hours.

The power delivery on the X is quick but smooth and controllable with a restricted max speed of 30mph or derestricted max speed of 45mph.

The riding position is typical of a chopper style bike, with a low slung comfortable saddle and large wide handlebars which makes it easy to control and a joy to ride.

One of our favourite things about the X is its rider accessibility - the licence requirements are the same as for a moped so can be used by a rider with:

• CBT learners licence
• Full bike licence
• Full car licence if issued before February 2001

As a road legal bike, the X meets all standard regulations so is equipped with indicators, front and rear lights, mirrors and horn.
